We have one wedding package and it is 5000, HST included.

This is what is included in our wedding package:

The venue for 5 days.  Starting Thursday to Monday, of your wedding weekend.  This allows time to set up and clean up without feeling rushed, as well if you would like to have a rehearsal the day before, you can.  We have quite a bit of decor that you are welcome to use.  We have posted pictures of it in an album on our Facebook page.  Please have a look.  All wooden tables.  We have rectangular harvest tables and round tables.  They both seat 8 comfortably, but can squeeze one or two more, if needed.  We have 15 round and 15 rectangular.  We have wooden cross-back chairs.  We have basic audio equipment in the barn.  Speakers and a microphone system.  A computer or phone can plug into it.  We have free range chickens and ducks that wonder around.  Most guests enjoy them, however, if you do not, we can lock them up during your wedding.  We have a bon fire area.  You are welcome to use it, as long as there is no burn ban.  We have two outdoor ceremony area.  One in a forest and one in a small field behind the barn.  They both have a wedding arch.  We can supply white sheer fabric, if you would like to decorate it.  We have benches for the ceremony.  Our capacity is 140.


This is what is not included:

We do not supply linens, dishes, or cutlery.  Jerry and Hana, our neighbours, and Marie’s parents, do rent to our couples, if needed.  They do charge approximately $5 a person and there website is www.hanajerry.ca.  We do not supply an officiant, DJ, or catering.  We can recommend vendors for you if you would like.  Currently we do not have a liquor licence.  You will need to obtain a special occasion permit through the AGCO website and PAL insurance.  In the past these were not a problem for couples to get.  You then need to buy your own alcohol.  You can choose how to manage it, open or closed bar and what the prices would be.  We supply, two smart serve bartenders.  If you would like to use your own smart serve bartenders, that is fine, however, the price stays the same.
